Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. At this time we are unable to accept Paypal. No cash orders or check, please.

 

Shipping

Shipping Our shipping charge is a flat rate of $5.00, or free when your order is $100 or more. (Use code: SHIPFORFREE) Shipping rate includes jewelry packaging and Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail. All orders are processed and shipped from our Berkeley based studio.  We can ship out your order within at least 2 business days of when it is placed. For example, if you submit an order after the close of business on a Monday, the latest we would process and send out the order would be on Wednesday by the close of business.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your order and we will gladly issue you store credit or an exchange within 10 business days of delivery. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer refunds. The item must be pre-approved and returned in unused and unworn condition with no damages. When processing a return, prior shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Leslie Francesca jewelry is one-of-a-kind, handcrafted, and delicate. For best-intended longevity, avoid exposing jewelry to water. Be sure to take jewelry off before performing vigorous activities, and store in a pouch when not wearing.

 

Jewelry Repairs

We offer complimentary jewelry repairs within 30 days of your order. After 30 days, we offer jewelry repairs for a charge of $15.00. Customer pays round-trip shipping costs at all times.
